Sand.

Auntie,
          You've affected my life in so many positive ways and allowed me to see the true beauty in a single moment. You and your family are an inspiration to me and this blog entry I created was inspired by you.

 " I don't want to worry about the future anymore. I just want to make the most of each day. I need to enjoy THE moment. Life is Short." - Agnes Seisa.

A single grain of sand is just a speck to the human eye.
Though it is tiny, it holds value.
Every individual grain takes part of something so much larger than itself;
It creates hills, shores and beaches.
Without these grains of sand, there wouldn’t exist such beautiful things.
A moment in our lives is just like a simple grain of sand.
It’s just a minuscule portion of our entire lifetime to come.
At times, they may seem unimportant,
But one day, we will realize they are what mattered the most.
It’s not about Fame, Money or Power.
Life exists in the details; the moments.
Moments are the small things we may take for granted,
and don’t recognize until it’s no longer there.
A moment. Like a kiss, a hug, an opportunity, a tear, an experience.
Those are moments, for they pass.
An acceptance and openness to every moment in life is what makes life fulfilling.
Life certainly has its up and downs,
Sharp turns and surprises around each corner,
But we must make the best of every situation, every moment and every day.
’There’s a blessing in every lesson.’
Dwelling in a moment is not healthy.
Moments are meant to come and go,
while each serving a purpose.
You can’t hang onto them forever.
If it changes the momentum of your swing,
let it.
May we live in each moment and enjoy the present.
Accept all good and bad, for they maintain the balance of life.
Life will not always seem great.
There will be tough times, but even then those are truly valuable.
It’s through trial and tribulation do we discover who we truly are
and what we are truly made of.
Do not get comfortable in happiness or grieve without end.
There will always be change.
Love everyone, never grow weary of doing good deeds, enjoy the good times,
find the beauty in struggle and always remain faithful.
All things and all paths happen and cross with and for a purpose.
Life is made up of all the little moments and how we deal with them.
Life is a gift, Life is fragile, and Life is short.
Let us appreciate the people and the small things in life;
before their tomorrow is taken away.

—- Ephesians 5, 15-17

“Be Wise”
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.
